Writing Topic 1

--The Revealers--
Blog Writing Topic
Blog Question: Is bullying a rite of passage of childhood and adolescence? Is it apart of the maturation process one needs to go through to reach adulthood? Explain. Mrs. Hogeboom brings up this topic on page 108.

My Opinion: Yes, because it helps you learn some things such as calling for help, defending themselves and more. If no one has ever gone through bullying, well, it's quite weird. You could learn by yourself, but bullying is the hard easy way. Bullying affects the kids in a way. It teaches them to be aware of things too, and be careful. Understanding and thinking are skills to develop in bullying too. So, yes is the answer for me.

Yes, I kind of agree, but a lot of times kids learn violence from bullying and they build up a lot of anger inside of them. But it is also a part of life to be bullied and learn things that you mentioned because it will help you a lot later in life. So yeah, I basically agree (kind of). =)
